Most personal development will tell you to fix your mindset, upgrade your habits, and optimise your life. And you’ve probably tried it. You’re smart, self-aware, and you’ve done the work — and yet something still feels like it’s missing.
Here’s what I know: you can’t think or hustle your way into wholeness.
The parts of you that feel like problems — the anger, the grief, the hunger, the wildness, the softness — they’re not obstacles to your healing. They’re the material. The pieces of you that you decided were unlovable are often the very things that hold the most power.
Small talk is not a strength of mine. I want to know you — to the depths. I want to meet the parts of you that you’ve kept hidden, the ones you decided were too much or not enough. I’m not afraid to walk into the dark with you. In fact, that’s exactly where the most important work happens.
Because here’s the secret: when you truly face all of yourself, there is more to love than you can even comprehend. The parts you thought were your greatest flaws have a way of becoming your greatest edge.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about finally meeting — and reclaiming — who you’ve always been.
I bring both the fire and the water. The fierce and the tender. The warrior and the healer. Because real transformation doesn’t happen in the light alone — and I’m not afraid of the dark.
Real change doesn’t happen at the surface. It happens in the deeper layers — the ones most people are afraid to look at. That’s exactly where we go.The depths are where you remember you in your truest essence.
This work asks something of you. It requires radical honesty, and the willingness to turn toward what you’ve been taught to turn away from. It’s the most challenging — and most rewarding — thing you’ll ever do.
The parts you’re proud of and the parts you’ve hidden. The fire and the water. The light and the shadow. There is no version of you that doesn’t belong here.
You don’t have to have it all together here. I’m not interested in the version of you that’s curated for public consumption — I want to know the real one, the full one, the one you might not show anyone else. Here, authenticity is honoured.
I’ve studied holistic healing modalities around the world. I’ve sat with teachers, walked through initiations, and faced more than a few moments that brought me to my knees. Some lessons came quickly. Others took years — and a lot of courage — to finally learn and integrate.
My work is deeply lived—rooted in both long-term devotion to growth and profound personal transformation.
After more than 15 years on a path of self-development and spiritual exploration, I felt a clear inner calling to step into deeper work—supporting women in creating lasting, meaningful change in their lives.
That calling led me through what I can only describe as an initiation, what some may call a ‘dark night of the soul’—a period that required me to face and break long-standing patterns, including co-dependency and challenging relationship dynamics, as well as breaking and healing generational trauma. It was here that I was asked to fully meet myself, rebuild from within, and reclaim my personal power in a way that was grounded, embodied, and unwavering.
Through this experience, I moved beyond theory and into true embodiment of the work I now offer. I developed a deeply intuitive yet practical approach, blending NLP, energy work, and self-inquiry to create real, sustainable shifts.
Today, I live the real-life results of this work. I deeply love the reality I’ve created—one that feels aligned, secure, and truly my own—and it’s this lived experience that I bring into the space I hold for my clients.
At the same time, life has continued to meet me in deeply human ways. Becoming a mother, overcoming a deeply confronting separation while enduring coercive control and prolonged legal battles, and finding myself once again on the other side of loss has asked me to return to this work on an even deeper level—not as theory, but as a lived, daily practice.
It hasn’t been easy—but it’s within the grief, the uncertainty, and the rebuilding that my capacity to hold and guide others has truly expanded. Because I don’t just teach this work—I continue to walk it. I took the long road here so you don’t have to. I’m endlessly grateful for every step of it—because it allows me to walk beside you on yours.
This work asks for honesty and courage—but it also returns you to a place of deep self-worth, clarity, and inner authority.
Veridara is named after Veritas — the Roman goddess of truth. In mythology, she is often described as hidden at the bottom of a well, because truth is rarely obvious. It must be sought, uncovered, and revealed over time. That felt like the most honest name for this work — because that’s exactly what it is. Not a quick fix or a surface-level shift. A deep, patient, courageous uncovering of who you actually are beneath everything you’ve been told to be.
Like Veritas herself — she was never lost.
Just waiting to be found.
Translation: I’m here to respond, to trust my gut, and to go deep. It was always going to be this work.
Which means I feel everything deeply and move toward it with fire anyway.
